Every two years, the Multicultural Fellowship Program offers a two-year opportunity to four emerging, early career leaders to join our staff. The program invests in community-driven leadership to drive change in the philanthropic, nonprofit, and public sectors. Fellows gain hands-on grantmaking experience, receive individual coaching and mentorship, and meet influential leaders in philanthropy. Interested applicants are encouraged to attend this webinar to learn more about the Multicultural Fellowship Program. The application process for the 2025-2027 Multicultural Fellowship Program will open on Monday, February 3, 2025. Applications must be submitted by 11:59 pm PST on Friday, March 7, 2025.
